Highlights from Christchurch’s “Chinese Language and Traditional Chinese Medicine Lectures and Exhibitions”
Date: 21st April 2024
Our school had the pleasure of attending the “Chinese Language and Traditional Chinese Medicine Lectures and Exhibitions” in Christchurch. Hosted by the Chinese Consulate-General in Christchurch and Beijing University of Chinese Medicine, this prestigious event was a significant milestone for our community.

The forum was a fantastic opportunity to engage with new acquaintances, explore future collaborations, and reconnect with familiar faces from the Chinese Medicine Council and Acupuncture NZ. Representing New Zealand’s traditional Chinese medicine educators was a true honour.

During the event, we collaborated with professionals from Beijing Medical University to offer free Tuina massages and acupuncture sessions to the local community. The enthusiastic turnout and the smiles on participants’ faces underscored the event’s success and the bright future for Traditional Chinese Medicine in New Zealand and beyond.
We are excited about the future prospects and look forward to continuing our mission to promote the benefits of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Stay tuned for more updates from NZSATCM!
